I honed my skills and talents as a Life Coach through Lifeforming Leadership Coaching. I became a Certified Growth Coach in 2014 and received my Professional Coaching credentials in 2016.

I am also the founder, owner/operator of SDS Municipal Consulting, a Municipal Funding Specialist, Government Relations Expert, and a former City Councilmember.  I’ve worked with local governments and non-profits for over 13 years.  I love building bridges between federal, state and local agencies, which benefits many people in Washington State.  I am also an accomplished speaker and trainer and have presented at the following conferences: AWC, IACC, APWA, and WASWD.  My husband of 15 years, my two daughters and I live in the great state of Washington.
