Tom Davidson has been a leadership and organization development professional since 1999 after a 21-year career in the forest products industry where he worked his way up from field forester to vice president of human resources and organization development. In addition to more than 40 years experience helping leaders, Tom is also a certied coach, speaker, and senior human resources professional.

Today, he helps technical professionals make successful transitions to leadership roles at every level and helps organizations fill their ranks with ready leaders for succession in the short and long run.
