Hello ... I'm Glenn.

​My passion is to help people discover how they were created and gifted and then to use what they have learned to find their purpose and plan for their life. My work, personal relationships and ministry experiences along with my education have all provided me with the skills and expertise to become a coach of impact. My role is to help you be transformed through life and leadership coaching.

​As a ministry leader and follower of Jesus I believe that a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is the foundation upon which all genuine success in life is built. Although all coaching topics are not spiritual in nature, it is important to know that my Christian worldview and faith defines my personal worldview.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE

I have spent my adult life as an entrepreneur, non-profit executive, church planter, pastor and law enforcement officer.  My desire to equip and empower others, combined with my life and work experience led me to become a Certified Leadership and Life Coach.  I also obtained a Master’s degree in counseling.

Work and Leadership Experience​

• 24-year Law Enforcement Career – Sheriff’s Deputy, Patrol, School Resource Office
• Church Planter – Rural context and in an urban International setting
• Pastor of two churches for a total of 15 years 
• Executive Director for Church Planting regionally 
• Coach – church planting, ministry and corporate

 Education

• Bachelor’s of Science  degree in Criminal Justice
• Associate Degree in Law Enforcement Science. 
• Master’s in Biblical counseling
