The Chaney Coaching Group is a collective of coaches and consultants focused on guiding churches to clarify their mission and increase their effectiveness. We guide leaders to clarify their strengths and live their best life professionally and personally. Our vision is to impact the lives of 5000 leaders in the Christian community in the next 5 years. 

The mission of the Chaney Coaching Group is to equip pastors and church leaders through coaching, consulting, and training to: 

There are currently 34 coaches in partnership with the Chaney Coaching Group. All of our coaches are either in process or certified by the International Coaching Federation, Gallup, or Incredible Family. More than half of our coaches are also serving as pastors. We have provided coaching and consulting for seven different denominations including the AMEC, Presbyterian, Church of God in Christ, and The United Methodist Church. We have been coaching Bishop's,
Conference leaders, pastors, their ministry leaders, and the general church since 2008. Our Strengths-based approach has shaped the culture in Annual Conference Cabinets, local congregations, and with District Superintendents to increase the effectiveness and productivity of ministry teams across the nation. 

We coach and equip leaders to: 

• design and implement effective, contextual, and authentic ministry systems approach discipleship engagement in ways that motivate congregants 
• enable people to make disciples successfully from locations besides the church develop ministry teams that operate from individual’s giftedness 
• embrace and model a multiplication mindset 
• construct ministry environments that encourage collaboration improve clarity, support, and communication for ministry servants who work on multiple teams.
