With years of ministry experience, David and Patty continue to serve the body of Christ. They have taught, and reviewed over 2,500 personal profiles using the 16 Spiritual Gifts and DISC methodology. As Associate Pastor, David over saw the Assimilation process of a large church with over 300 volunteers on Sunday. Placing God's workforce in positions that match the individual's passion, giftings, and personality style is a process David and Patty enjoy and feel God's calling.

Family Profile

David is happily married to Patty since 1995. They met while he was Single Adult Pastor at New Life Christian Fellowship (www.nlcf.org) and later advanced to Associate Pastor. They serve in ministry together while Patty maintains her full time employment with the Office of the Comptroller of Currency. They have three adult children, Kristen, Mylea, and Samuel. Since 2013, they reside in Springfield, VA.

Personal History

David and Patty were both raised in  ministers’ homes. There is a rich heritage of generational ministry in both of their families serving in ministerial roles for over 100 years. David's calling to ministry was at an early age, but avoided that call and pursued a secular career. While on a short-term mission’s trip behind the Iron Curtain, he acknowledged the call and has been faithfully serving ever since. Patty, also has a rich heritage of generational ministry as well.
